Written in plain English for a small Australian partnership. If anything here is unclear, just email us — we'd rather explain than hide behind boilerplate.
WVV Studios is a registered Australian partnership (ABN 20 467 633 089) based in Geelong, Victoria. If you have a privacy question, email hello@wvvstudios.com.
Only what you send us. When you use the contact form that's your name, email, and message. If we go on to work together, we'll hold the project details, files, and contact information you share with us. We don't collect anything in the background you didn't hand over.
To reply to you, scope and build your site, and stay in touch about the work. That's it. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
Contact-form messages reach our inbox through FormSubmit, a third-party form service. We use reputable hosting and email providers to run the studio; these providers process your data on our behalf under their own terms. Some of these providers — including FormSubmit — are based overseas, so your message may be stored on servers outside Australia.
We don't run a fixed deletion schedule — we keep enquiry emails for as long as they're useful and clear them out when they're not. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics.
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — just email hello@wvvstudios.com and we'll sort it out. This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles; we'll update it here if anything changes.
