Short version: we collect what we need to build and look after your site, and nothing gets sold or shared.
What we collect
What you give us when you get in touch: your name, business name, phone number, email and anything you tell us about your business. If we build for you, we also hold the content that goes on your site.
What we use it for
Talking to you, building your site, and looking after it under your monthly plan. Nothing else. We don't sell data, rent lists, or pass your details to advertisers.
Your site's enquiries
Forms on sites we build send straight to your inbox. We don't read, store or mine your customers' enquiries.
Outreach
If we've contacted you about your business, it's because your details were publicly listed and we thought we could genuinely help. Tell us once that you're not interested and we won't contact you again. We follow the Spam Act, ACMA telemarketing rules and the Do Not Call Register.
Holding and removing
We keep records only as long as we're working together or the law requires (tax records, seven years). Want your details gone? Email us and we'll delete what we're not legally required to keep, and confirm when it's done.
The formal bit
