Terms

These terms are between you and WVV Studios, a registered Australian partnership (ABN 20 467 633 089) in Geelong, Victoria.

The preview is genuinely free and carries no obligation. It's a demonstration built for you — yours to keep whether or not we go further. It isn't a contract, and accepting one doesn't commit you to a paid build.

If we go ahead, the work, scope, and price are set out in a short written agreement we both sign. Pricing is fixed per tier — Essentials and Commerce split 50 / 50, Custom 40 / 30 / 30. The deposit secures your build slot; work begins once it's paid and the funds have cleared, and each invoice is payable within 7 days.

Either of us can cancel in writing any time before launch. If you cancel, work done to date is invoiced pro-rata and the deposit isn't refunded — unless the cancellation is our fault, in which case any deposit covering work we haven't done comes back to you within 14 days.

Two rounds of consolidated revisions are included — round two is a polish pass, not a redesign. Anything beyond that, or new work outside the agreed scope, is quoted and agreed in writing first (at $150/hour AUD) before we start it. No surprise invoices.

On final payment, the site is yours — code, copy, and design. Until then, the work remains ours. Any third-party fonts, libraries, or services keep their own licences.

We do our work with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for a project is limited to what you paid us for it, and we're not liable for indirect or flow-on losses — lost revenue, lost data, business interruption — once the site is live and in your care. None of this limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be signed away.
