Terms, in plain English

The agreement
No signatures. Before any build starts we email you exactly what's included, the price and the payment schedule. You reply saying you're happy, and that's our agreement. The email is the record for both of us.
The preview
The preview is free, with no obligation and no payment details. If you decide not to go ahead, we delete it. It stays our work until a build is commissioned; after that it becomes the first draft of your site.
Payment
The one-time setup fee is paid when you say yes, and the monthly plan starts the day your site goes live. Everything is collected by bank transfer or PayID; we never hold card details. Larger Pro/E-commerce setup fees can be split across agreed milestones. Work pauses on overdue payments.
Scope and revisions
Two consolidated revision rounds are included in every build; round two is a polish pass, not a redesign. Work beyond your plan's scope (new pages, redesigns, new features) is quoted in writing first, and nothing starts before you approve it. No surprise invoices.
The monthly plan
Your plan bundles hosting, SSL, daily backups, security and software updates, uptime monitoring, support, and unlimited small edits of up to 30 minutes each. Growth adds basic local SEO, a monthly content allowance and a quarterly review call. Standard plans are month-to-month; only the $0-down option carries a 12-month minimum term.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name from day one and your content is always yours. After 12 paid months on any plan, the site itself (code, design, everything) transfers to you outright. The own-it-outright option transfers it from day one. Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, plugins) stay under their own licences.
Leaving
Cancel a standard plan anytime; you keep your domain and content, and we help you move within 30 days. Want the site itself before 12 paid months? Pay out the balance of the 12 and take everything. On the $0-down option, the 12-month minimum applies, then the same rules.
What we don't promise
Google rankings, traffic volumes, or anything else outside our control. We build fast, accessible, well-structured sites and keep every promise that's ours to keep. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
